The County Government is led by Governor Jeremiah Ekamais Lomorukai Napotikan and Deputy Governor Dr. John Lopeyok Erus who head the County Executive implementing development projects.

As part of its mandate to strengthen public health, the county is seeking qualified individuals to join the team as Public Health Officers.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:

Be Kenyan citizens.

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or Environmental Health from a recognized institution.

Be registered with a regulatory body and possess a valid practice license from the Public Health Officers and Technicians Council.

Have a Certificate in Computer Application Skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-
Identify environmental health issues at the community level.
-
Conduct assessments of community health needs.
-
Implement sanitation and hygiene standards.

Sensitize communities on food safety and water safety practices.

Compile and maintain accurate records of services rendered.

Collect and analyze data on disease trends for public health planning.
