The Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) has announced job opportunities for six (6) key positions in its latest recruitment drive. Vacancies: 1
Lead legal advisory and policy development processes related to remuneration laws and compliance with public service legal frameworks.

2. Senior Officer – Collective Bargaining Negotiations (Re-advertised)

Job Grade: RL5
Vacancies: 1
Facilitate and advise on public sector collective bargaining frameworks, union negotiations, and employment agreements.

3. Senior Officer – Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (Re-advertised)

Job Grade: RL5
Vacancies: 1
Conduct data-driven research and evaluation to support strategic policy development and salary structure effectiveness.

4. Senior Officer – Job Evaluation and Salary Structures

Job Grade: RL5
Vacancies: 1
Assist in designing, reviewing, and implementing public sector salary structures and job evaluation methodologies.

5. Supply Chain Management Officer

Job Grade: RL6
Vacancies: 1
Oversee procurement, contract management, and compliance with public procurement regulations.

6. Accountant

Job Grade: RL6
Vacancies: 1
Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure adherence to accounting policies and statutory requirements.
