DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and coordinating Official events.
- Preparing Guest lists and seating arrangements.
- Coordinating arrangements for press coverage of Official functions.
- Facilitating linkages with other Institutions and Organizations.
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication with Stakeholders and Visitors to the Office of the Governor and/or County Government.
- Ensuring proper etiquette for Official engagements;
- Identify security risks and create safety plans.
- Make and send invitations.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to tíme by the Head of Protocol.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
- Certificate in any of the following fields: – Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration or any other equivalent qualification from a University recognized in Kenya.
- Certificate in Computer application from a recognized Institution.
