Cash Operations Supervisor

As the Regional Cash Operations Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our contractual and ad-hoc cash services. Based in Kisumu, you will have the critical responsibility of managing the Kisumu Cash Centre and ensuring the entire region achieves its financial targets while upholding G4S’s rigorous standards of safety and operational excellence.
This is a key leadership role for an individual with a deep understanding of the cash services industry and a proven track record of effective management.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all technical cash services, including Cash-in-Transit (CIT), ATM replenishment, and cash processing operations across the Western Region.
- Directly managing the Kisumu Cash Centre, including all vaulting operations and cash processing machinery.
- Leading and optimising manpower to ensure peak efficiency and superior customer service.
- Managing the regional vehicle fleet to minimise downtime and ensure operational readiness.
- Serving as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are resolved and strong relationships are maintained.
- Championing and enforcing all company policies, with a paramount focus on Health and Safety protocols.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure procedural compliance, identify training needs, and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements to be Considered:
- A minimum of a Form 4 certificate or its equivalent; a tertiary qualification will be a distinct advantage.
- At least 10 years of robust experience in cash operations, including direct experience within a commercial cash centre.
- In-depth knowledge of cash processing procedures, ATM reconciliations, and claims processing.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing people and resolving conflict.
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and intermediate financial acumen.
- A valid driver’s license.
