Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Development & Strategy 

  • Conceptualize and implement innovative design concepts, guidelines, and strategies across diverse creative projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising initiatives
  • Ensure alignment with brand identity and objectives throughout the creative process.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to marketing and sales teams to enhance project outcomes.

Artwork Creation and Management 

  • Produce high-quality artwork for advertising, point of sale (POS), branding, and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and enforce internal guidelines for artwork creation and management to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Generate print-ready files and manage the preparation of layouts and formatting according to established standards.
  • Develop and maintain artwork master templates for consistent use across the organization.

Graphic Design and visual communication 

  • Provide comprehensive graphic design support to the marketing team, creating visually compelling materials.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, including catalogues, online banners, and branded materials.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive content database of all online and offline marketing materials.
  • Ensure that design decisions are informed by analytical data and user testing results to optimize effectiveness.

Stakeholder Liaison and coordination 

  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with marketing and the sales teams to understand project requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding artwork and design-related inquiries.
  • Drive adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and channels.

Must Have Job Requirements: 

  • At least three (3) years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field, professional courses in digital will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash, is indispensable for realizing our creative vision.
  • Mastery of Adobe systems empowers our team to craft visually compelling designs that captivate audiences and amplify our brand presence.
  • Experience with Adobe Flash demonstrates the ability to create engaging multimedia content that enhances user experiences and drives engagement.
