Role Summary:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing and optimizing EABLโ€™s corporate real estate portfolio across Africa. The role involves the strategic oversight of all real estate operations including office space, manufacturing facilities, lease negotiations, project delivery, workplace design, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional real estate strategy aligned with EABLโ€™s business goals.

  • Oversee property acquisition, leasing, disposal, and renovation projects.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other internal departments.
