Business Administration Assistant

The Business Administrative Assistant position is a full-time role where the person will focus on providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.


  1. Oversee all aspects of front office co-ordination, maintain a visitor’s register, handle and direct inquiries and ensuring the reception area is manned at all times.
  2. Maintain a tidy, organized office environment including board room, supply closets, kitchens, and other common spaces.
  3. Monitor inventory levels of office supplies on a regular basis and ensuring that the re-order process is done in a timely manner.
  4. Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating team activities and events.
  5. Managing and booking of the office boardroom.
  6. Utilities bill management.
  7. Flight booking, co-ordinating staff travel and accommodation, tracking flight data for accounting.
  8. General Management support to all Managers.
  9. Ensuring the company vehicles are well maintained and serviced on time.
  10. Ensure insurance for office assets is on time and maintain proper records for the same.
  11. Assist in maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  12. Any other administrative tasks that may be required from time to time.


  1. Must have a degree in business related field
  2. Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a busy environment.
  3. Computer packages knowledge and reporting tools highly desired.
  4. Must be organized, exude professionalism in all handling of business relations.
  5. Pleasant character and maturity in presentation will be key to securing the position.
  6. Strong keyboard skills.
  7. Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
  8. Organizing, planning and customer service orientation.
