Senior Actuarial Analyst

Role Purpose
The role provides actuarial modelling and reporting in product development & profit-testing, IFRS17, solvency, risk capital, management and financial reporting, regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Actuarial reporting for financial & regulatory compliance: Including actuarial reserving, IFRS17 modelling, Financial Condition Report, Solvency, Embedded Value, Risk Based Capital reports.
- Product Development: –
- Pricing, profit-testing, system set-up
- Development of policy documents for new products
- Developing illustrations for new products
- Scenario & sensitivity testing
- Actuarial experience analyses including mortality investigations; persistency; expenses; investment returns; analysis of reserves & surplus
- Projections and Budgeting: Projected actuarial reporting for financial statements & strategic planning
- Actuarial risk technical modelling and use of internal models
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Key Competencies
- Strong analytical skills.
- Actuarial modelling skills: Excel, VBA, actuarial software.
- Experience in IFRS17 is an added advantage.
- Delivering results and self-driven.
Qualifications
- BSc. Actuarial Science or Statistics or Mathematics, or equivalent with strong mathematical proficiency – required.
- Professional actuarial exams progress – Minimum 4 exams with recognized body such as IFOA, SOA
Relevant Experience
- Minimum of two (2) year relevant experience in an actuarial role involving life insurance actuarial valuations
Digital Sales & Marketing Officer

Role Purpose
The Digital Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for the online sales through digital platforms, planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the line manager to develop online sales modules, suitable products, digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring competition.
- Plan and execute digital sales all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measure and report performance of all digital sales, marketing campaigns and assesses against goals. (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan, execute and measure to complete conversion rates as communicated through the set online sales targets.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Build brand awareness and positioning among staff and the industry.
- Any other duties as delegated.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a recognised University
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Functional Skills
- Solid Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Proven experience of delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with experience in fast paced environments.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences.
- Project management experience – good stakeholder management experience.
Relevant Experience
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Life insurance
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
