Finance Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities

  • Management of credit control function to ensure revenues are all captured
  • Manage cash flow, as well as proper book keeping
  • Management of creditors to ensure payments are timely.
  • Funds management through preparation of monthly and weekly forecasts
  • Bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded
  • Fixed assets management, policies and procedures
  • Projects financial planning
  • Train and develop departmental staff in liaison with Human Resource after training needs assessment
  • Stakeholder management of customers, auditors, banks, service providers and suppliers
  • Timely insurance policies renewal and acquisition
  • Tax planning and management for regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Be a CPA finalist and a Member of ICPAK
  • Five (5) years’ of relevant experience
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel-spreadsheet, word, Power point
  • High level of integrity

Business Development and Sales Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities

  • Sales Development from market intelligence and development of sales strategies and implementation.
  • Research market for new product opportunities
  • Grow sales volumes & realization as per budget while monitoring the competition
  • Provide regular reporting in respect to competitor strategy, products and prices.
  • Cash collection & debtors’ management
  • Address customers’ complaints as per the company guidelines,
  • Provide after Sales Service support when required, manage claims and service delivery issues efficiently and maintain good customer relation.
  • Prepare tender/RFQ Proposals and Bids and submit in a timely manner
  • Manage customer, supplier databases and update these regularly.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Procurement or a Business related degree from a recognized university.
  • Professional qualification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Passion in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean and valid driving license
  • Negotiation skills
  • High level of integrity

HR Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and concerns
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Conduct recruitment for labour requirement and effect the employment contract
  • Induct and train new entrants on all policies, rules and regulations of the company
  • Manage and update contract renewals, evaluation and probation
  • Management of staff attendance, and all leave management
  • Record and address employees disciplinary issues, grievance and conflict
  • Management of employee’s welfare committees, Gender committees, Union, Health and Safety and any other committees in the company.
  • Preparation of the payroll for the company ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintain the HRMIS information system
  • Manage both the HR manual and computerized filling system and ensure high
  • integrity of personnel data record
  • Participate in departmental and all other staff meetings and seminars.
  • Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
  • Ensure compliance with regulators.
  • Timely preparation of HR reports.
  • Management of exiting employees, by conducting exit interviews and updating management on the exits.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • At least 4 years of work experience in Human resource management
  • Good communication skills and good labour relations skills
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • A good understanding, knowledge and application of Labour Laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel-spreadsheet, word, Power point.
