Responsibilities

• Set project timelines
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.
• Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Collect and manage project team
• Manage projects budget
• Allocate project resources
• Create a schedule and project timeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering, project management
• 3-5 years of working experience as a project manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Strong Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Contract negotiation
• Conflict resolution experience
• Prior experience in a civil engineering company is an added advantage
