Marketing Manager (Mobile Apps)

Responsibilities :

  • Help onboard new acquisitions and develop new marketing strategies for the emergency hailing app.
  • Create and execute brand development and growth strategies for our subscription app businesses.
  • Develop funnels and KPI tracking for the app to evaluate and optimize performance to maximize subscription growth.
  • Manage and scale our analytics.
  • Establish CRM (push, email, in-app) marketing functionality to drive engagement, upsells and greater retention.
  • Cross functionally collaborate with product, design, QA, tech and ads to elevate and grow our businesses.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing for mobile apps or web technology products.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile app marketing tech stack, including push notifications, app install attribution, analytics platforms, deep linking, ASO, subscription, and email.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, you understand and empathize with users and know what they want and why our products create value for them.
  • Eye for brand building, establishing brand loyalty and trust and designing key screens and ad creative to build relationships and drive conversion.
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills; effective cross-functional collaborator and project lead, especially able to work with technical teams to build out our marketing tech stack.
  • Desire to be a part of an early-stage team and work with urgency and high attention to detail in a startup environment.

Real Estate Intern

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, acquire, and manage customers, clients, and partners.
  • Prepare and present client proposals and follow leads and opportunities
  • Manage a sales funnel for real estate properties that will include arranging new listing tours, conducting open house(s), and accompanying prospective buyers in the quest to manage property closings and sales/leases within prescribed timelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimally package and brand real estate properties so as to deliver prompt sales/leases or efficient real estate property management.
  • Prepare/present timely and accurate reports on sales activities and productivity, and attend sales and management meetings.
  • Offer exemplary customer service while interacting with current/potential customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in marketing or any other related field.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills -ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Innovative and solution-oriented individuals
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work within a fast pace environment
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
