Through nudges like reminders, discounts, and rewards, Tiko Africa encourages the use of healthy products and services, supports entrepreneurship among users, and enhances economic value in local economies. Mystery Clients Services (MCS) are essential for evaluating service quality, detecting fraudulent activities, and ensuring compliance within Tiko clinics and pharmacies in Kenya.


The selected firm will conduct routine MCS for girls aged 15-24 years, covering specific counties in Kenya. The MCS entails:

  • Verification of suspicious activities and compliance with agreed terms.
  • Assessment of the client user journey from enrollment to spending, including touchpoints like mobilization, enrollment, service utilization, rating, and spending.
  • Reporting and analysis of gathered data for quality control and program improvement.

Technical Requirements

The firm should:

  • Demonstrate experience with similar assignments for NGOs, managing interactions with young users.
  • Provide a detailed activity plan, including budgeted hours and timelines.
  • Submit CVs of proposed professional staff and references of past clients.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, legal, social, tax, and ethical issues.
