Sustainability Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying organizational stakeholders of our relevant clients and explaining how the clients can respond to their stakeholders’ reasonable expectations and interests.
  • Undertaking materiality assessments of clients with their respective stakeholders in respect of each client organization’s significant economic, environmental, and social impacts
  • Consolidating internal and external stakeholder opinions to identify and rank the most important (material) sustainability topics in support of clients’ broader materiality assessment work sufficient to reflect significant economic, environmental, and social impacts, and to enable stakeholders to assess the organization’s performance in the reporting period
  • Developing implementation plans for clients to enable them to issue GRI-compliant reports that present the client’s performance in the wider context of sustainability and include both positive and negative aspects of the client organizations’ performance to enable reasoned assessment of overall performance; clear and consistent approaches that enable stakeholders to analyze changes in the organization’s performance over time; and that could support analysis relative to other organizations
  • Sufficiently accurate and detailed information for stakeholders to assess the client organizations’ performance on a regularly scheduled basis so that information is available in time for stakeholders to make informed decisions; familiarize themselves with the current sustainability reporting system; and conduct gap analysis related to GRI 4 requirements
  • Monitoring and benchmarking sustainability reporting trends and changes to reporting standards such as GRI, UN Global Compact, and other global frameworks to provide insights and recommendations on advancing our clients’ external reporting practices
  • Supporting the development of clients’ annual Sustainability Reports in line with the GRI and UN Global Compact
  • Creating compelling, evidence-based written and visual summaries of sustainability performance for both internal and external audiences, including dashboards, scorecards, slide decks, and reports
  • Assisting with project co-ordination relating to Oxygène’s sustainability programs
  • Conducting reviews of clients’ CSR reports ensuring relevance, consistency, and accuracy

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or engineering, planning, social sciences, public or business administration, or a related field. GRI certification is an added advantage.

Quality Manager-Tissue

Job Purpose

The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategic quality objectives. QM is tasked with ensuring systems are in place for products to be produced as per Company standards and statutory requirements to ensure conformity to set protocols.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and continually review quality management systems (QMS) within the context of the overall strategic plan, and in line with local standards within the manufacturing operation
  • Ensure QMS and EHS compliance by carrying out gap analysis, managing and carrying out 6S’s audits, and drawing up action plans for all actions arising from the production, and follow up status to ensure implementation.
  • Work alongside Production functions to deliver product meeting quality, safety and financial standards
  • Ensure all activities carried out comply with relevant site GMP and EHS requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate training and development of production personnel to maximize output and minimize risk in terms of product quality, product loss, waste and occupational health and safety and environment concerns.
  • Ensure 100% adherence and compliance to the continuous improvement training for all factory production staff

Project Sales Representative

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Business Development, Sourcing for Projects from Architects, QS, and Engineers.
  • Solution Provision by bridging the Gap between the Clients and Suppliers and making sure there is a good understanding between both parties.
  • Market Survey by ensuring that the company is in touch with the market dynamics and able to adapt amicably.
  • Identify Sales products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Keep a track of Customer Registration Forms, this includes: Gathering information, checking if all documents meet the required parameters, update any information on the forms from time to time, file, and keep accessible when required.
  • Analyze the territory market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
  • Ensures that payments for goods/services sold are paid for in good time.

Minimum Qualification

  • A basic degree in any field of study. Diploma in marketing or business-related courses would be added advantage.
  • Minimum of four years of successful sales experience
  • Previous experience in the building construction industry would be an added advantage
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management Software
