If you purchase a job posting or other paid service and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described.

  • Technical issues prevented the service from being accessed.

  • Duplicate payments were made.

For Job Seekers

Most of our services for job seekers are free. However, if you purchase a premium service and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments were made.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable, including:
