You will collaborate with program teams to translate project stories into digital content such as videos, graphics, blogs, and posts. Monitoring analytics and reporting on social media performance to inform strategies will also be part of your key responsibilities. This role requires creativity, excellent writing skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
2. Strategic Communications Manager
Job Description:
The Strategic Communications Manager will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that align with Seefar’s mission and programs. You will oversee the development of consistent messaging for both internal and external audiences, manage media relations, and handle crisis communications when necessary. This role involves coordinating campaigns, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring all communications reflect the organization’s values and objectives. You will also guide the communications team and support fundraising efforts by crafting compelling narratives for donors and partners. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in global communications are essential.
3. Strategic Communications Advisor
Job Description:
The Strategic Communications Advisor will provide expert guidance on communication approaches and messaging frameworks for Seefar’s projects and campaigns. Working closely with program leads, you will craft tailored communications that amplify the impact of the organization’s work in migration, human rights, and social justice. Your responsibilities include media engagement, speechwriting, and preparing advocacy materials. You will also help identify opportunities to increase Seefar’s visibility in key markets and provide training or coaching to staff on communication best practices. This role demands excellent storytelling abilities, deep knowledge of the sector, and experience influencing public opinion and policy.
