Cloud Engineer (Remote/Hybrid)
The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications. He/She will collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions that meet business needs. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking professional with strong technical expertise in cloud platforms and a passion for innovation in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Implement and maintain cloud security, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.

Optimize cloud resources to improve cost efficiency and performance.

Automate cloud operations through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud applications and services.

Support migration of on-premises systems to cloud platforms.

Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.

Document architecture, configurations, and best practices.
Must-Haves
-
Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Experience with virtualization, networking, and storage in cloud environments.

Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Valued Experience

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Google Professional Cloud Engineer.

Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus.

Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud strategies.

Previous experience in cloud migration projects.
