DevOps Engineer (Remote/Hybrid)
The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations by automating processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring reliable system deployments. He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure, and optimizing system performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Manage infrastructure using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Maintain system security and compliance standards.

Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for application hosting.

Document configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
Must-Haves

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.

Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Familiarity with cloud services and container orchestration platforms.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Valued Experience

Certifications in DevOps, cloud, or containerization platforms.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible or CloudFormation.

Exposure to microservices architecture.

Previous experience in high-availability production environments.
