IT Project Manager (Remote/Hybrid)
The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. He/She will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve successful project outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills who thrives in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.

Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
Must-Haves

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Proven experience managing IT projects across different domains.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Valued Experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.

Background in managing cloud migration, cybersecurity, or software development projects.

Familiarity with budget forecasting and vendor management.

Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
