The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations by automating processes, streamlining workflows, and ensuring reliable system deployments. He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure, and optimizing system performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

  • Manage infrastructure using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.

  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments.

  • Maintain system security and compliance standards.

  • Support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for application hosting.

  • Document configurations, workflows, and operational processes.

Must-Haves

  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.

  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

  • Familiarity with cloud services and container orchestration platforms.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Valued Experience

  • Certifications in DevOps, cloud, or containerization platforms.

  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible or CloudFormation.

  • Exposure to microservices architecture.

  • Previous experience in high-availability production environments.
